The Blisspod Bergen Series 2-Person Sauna is a full spectrum infrared sauna with an integrated red light therapy panel. The extra-large red light therapy panel is positioned directly in front of the user for a combined sauna and red light session. Darker outdoor and lighter indoor panels of Canadian Hemlock create a refined, artistic contrast — outside panels use a darker wood laminate layer with no toxic paint.
Full spectrum refers to the entire infrared range: near, mid, and far infrared. With the addition of near and mid infrared, this sauna is designed to offer a broader range of infrared exposure. The extra-large red light therapy panel is positioned in front to support red light therapy alongside the sauna session.
Near infrared is the shortest wavelength and is absorbed just below the surface of the skin. Mid infrared is a longer wavelength that penetrates deeper into soft tissue. Far infrared is the longest wavelength, penetrating more deeply into tissue.
